we only manufacture  Quality product. Before  shipping the order, we ensure that the product should not be defective or damage and product should be same as order placed by customer in terms of color, size and quantity.  

Exchange & Return

In case the product size are not fit or customer does not like color, you can claim the exchange

In case of damage or defective product delivered to you, you can claim return.

Cancellation

customer can cancel the order till it's not shipped, After the product is shipped cancellation is not possible.

How to claim return or exchange

• Create 360 degree video at the time of  opening the delivered packet (compulsory for return the product).
• show the defect or damage place in the video
• login to your account and navigate to Account->all orders 
• click on 'view' on order which you want to return or exchange
• click on return or replace 
• fill the form and upload the video
• now you have to send the packet to the (L-6, first floor , Surat textile market godown, ring road surat -395002) 

Please make sure the product must be in same condition as it delivered , all the tag should be attached, all label must be kept in packet 

After receiving packet and verifying the product your refund or exchange will be processed under 7 working days
